Gone Fishin'

It was such a nice afternoon that we decided to head over to the local pit and do some swimming and fishing! We swam first and then took a snack break and fished. Our prime fishing spot was taken by some other people, so we found this nice, calm, area in the shade. Despite our efforts, we didn't catch any fish. I was hoping we would so we could see Macyn's reaction. She enjoys copying us when we cast out our lines. She walks around with her pole and acts like she is throwing it and then she sits and watches. Super cute!

She was getting sleeping when this picture was taken. It was nice that she was so cooperative while we were fishing. I think we could make this a weekly activity that we can all do and enjoy.
